They told me
“The numen is real”;
Someone most high,
bigger than all.
A numinous,
unknown to me;
my heart urged
and my mind dreaded.
Innocence awed
as the King displayed
His majesty
and unstoppable love.
“Never turn back,
for you are mine”
He quoth.
Words that never obliterated,
marked by the One
who never became silent.
